Quiz\u00e1 te suene parecido, pero no lo es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comenzaremos la sesi\u00f3n con una pr\u00e1ctica de yoga asana, movimientos suaves en los que explorar nuestra respiraci\u00f3n, sacudir las tensiones de nuestro cuerpo e identificar aquellos centros en los que se tiende a bloquear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el segundo bloque de la pr\u00e1ctica exploraremos diferentes t\u00e9cnicas de pranayama, mientras que en el \u00faltimo bloque, como broche final, meditaremos en la respiraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En esta masterclasss aprender\u00e1s a:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Practicar la respiraci\u00f3n consciente.<\/li><li>Potenciar tu pr\u00e1ctica y tu vida a trav\u00e9s de la expansi\u00f3n de la respiraci\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Equilibrar y fortalecer tu energ\u00eda.<\/li><li>5 t\u00e9cnicas de respiraci\u00f3n para calmar, equilibrar, fortalecer, calentar y activar tu cuerpo.<\/li><li>C\u00f3mo localizar los 3 grandes bandhas: Moola bandha, Uddiyana Bandha y Jalandara bandha.<\/li><li>Crear una pr\u00e1ctica de yoga centrada en tu respiraci\u00f3n y en la gesti\u00f3n emocional.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Haremos juntos un recorrido por cada bloque corporal (cintur\u00f3n energ\u00e9tico o chakras) para descubrir movimientos y ejercicios de respiraci\u00f3n con diferentes beneficios para tu vida diaria.<br><br>Aprender\u00e1s algunas \u00abmicropr\u00e1cticas\u00bb que te acompa\u00f1ar\u00e1n en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda.<br><br>Esta es una sesi\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica en la que llevar\u00e1s a tu cuerpo y experimentar\u00e1s la sensaci\u00f3n de activaci\u00f3n, bloqueo y desbloqueo en las diferentes \u00e1reas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Esta es una clase maravillosa para ti si:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Tienes tendencia a sentir ansiedad.<\/li><li>Est\u00e1s viviendo grandes cambios y no sabes c\u00f3mo gestionarlos.<\/li><li>Necesitas equilibrar tu sistema nervioso.<\/li><li>Buscas formas de regular tus emociones.<\/li><li>Practicas yoga y quieres profundizar en tu pr\u00e1ctica.<\/li><li>Sientes tus emociones como una monta\u00f1a rusa.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante esta sesi\u00f3n exploraremos diferentes t\u00e9cnicas de pranayama (respiraci\u00f3n) para acceder a un estado de relajaci\u00f3n y calma interior, de plenitud en el coraz\u00f3n y de claridad en nuestras mentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mi misi\u00f3n es que accedas a la escucha de tu cuerpo y de tu ser para visualizar y experimentar tu chispa de luz interior con el fin de alimentarla y que brille m\u00e1s a\u00fan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 vas a conseguir en esta sesi\u00f3n de respiraci\u00f3n?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Relajarte.<\/li><li>Cargarte de energ\u00eda.<\/li><li>Poner foco y trabajar tu atenci\u00f3n y concentraci\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Limpiar tu energ\u00eda.<\/li><li>Expandir tu capacidad pulmonar.<\/li><li>Oxigenar tu cuerpo y sus tejidos.<\/li><li>Aprender t\u00e9cnicas para calmar la ansiedad y el estr\u00e9s.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Practiquemos juntxs, pongamos nuestra energ\u00eda a trabajar para nosotros en vez de seguir a un sistema nervioso el\u00e9ctrico que nos gu\u00ede desde la reacci\u00f3n.<br><br>El evento se celebrar\u00e1 de forma presencial el pr\u00f3ximo s\u00e1bado, 14 de mayo de 10:00 a 13:00 a.m. en Madrid en la Madera Yoga Shala (metro Tribunal).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si no puedes asistir en persona, puedes realizar la pr\u00e1ctica online en directo desde cualquier parte del mundo.
